FCA Heritage returns to the track of a one-off race where Carlo Felice Trossi triumphed behind the wheel of the legendary Alfa Romeo P3 in 1934.
The event that evokes the historic race of 1934 brings passion to the Riviera Vaudoise. From Place du Marché to the peak of Hauts-de-Caux, the route runs along the shore of Lake Geneva, which separates Switzerland from France.
The 2018 edition of the Montreux Grand Prix, now firmly established as a major happening for Swiss motorsports enthusiasts, will again be attracting famous drivers from the past to pay homage to the race won by Count Carlo Felice Trossi in the Alfa Romeo Tipo B "P3" 84 years ago.
FCA Heritage is creating a direct link to the past at Montreux, by showcasing superb classic Alfa Romeo cars alongside the latest production models. Besides the Giulia and Stelvio presented in the Quadrifoglio versions, spectators will also be able to admire two 4C cars, a Coupé and a Spider, in the "Competizione" and "Italia" special series. Entering the parade in Switzerland will be the 1932 Alfa Romeo GP Tipo B P3 and the Alfa Romeo Giulietta SZ "Coda Tronca" from 1960, both of which belong to the Alfa Romeo Historical Museum in Arese.
