The history of four world-leading Italian motoring brands
From the most emblematic models to the most successful, revolutionary people, and the most significant events, this section illustrates and celebrates the cornerstones of Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia and Abarth.
Reloaded by creators is the Heritage project involving the sale of a small number of classic cars from the Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia and Abarth brands: historic models, with certified authenticity, restored to their original beauty by the Constructor itself.
Very first appearance of demo version at Automotoretrò
1-4 February 2018
During Automotoretrò in Turin, from 1 to 4 February, FCA Heritage is presenting the demo version of its app, which will be the mobile point of reference for all lovers of classic cars of the Group's Italian brands: Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia and Abarth.
Being “classic” does not mean being outdated.
This is the philosophy that inspires every FCA Heritage project, and now, after the launch of a dedicated portal, online at www.fcaheritage.com, it has brought us an app that combines tradition and technology, with the aim of boosting contact between individuals, clubs and FCA, providing an innovative point of reference for a loyal, growing, forward-looking community.
An app intended for FCA group classic car owners and for clubs, to be created for and with enthusiasts, who will be able to contribute to its development by testing it and supplying their feedback by means of a questionnaire.
Once available, its main functions will allow users to register their cars and add them to their virtual "garage", uploading photos and details of their models, including service due dates, reminders for which will be provided in the form of a smartphone notification.
Using the app, users will of course be able to access full information about the certification and restoration services offered by Officine Classiche and request them with just a click.
They will also be able to keep constantly up to date on the news and events not just of FCA Heritage but of clubs too. In fact, there will be a specific section dedicated to the universe of the clubs of FCA's four Italian brands - Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia and Abarth.
The demo already shows a strong focus on the community through interactive functions: users will be able to share their garages with other registered enthusiasts by switching them from “private” to “public”, and also to specify any models on sale.
To be amongst the first to test it, fans have only to visit the FCA Heritage stand at Automotoretrò in Turin from 1 to 4 February, where they can also sign up for the www.fcaheritage.com newsletter, to be alerted to the app's official launch date.
