The journey begins in Rome, taking lunch in the stunning environs of Siena, to arrive in Parma in the evening
Stage 3 sees the parade leave the capital to continue towards Pistoia and brush past the Italian Air Force historical museum at Vigna di Valle, where specimens of Alfa Romeo aeronautical engines are conserved. After a break in Siena, the stretch between San Miniato-Vinci and Pistoia is one of the most characteristic of the historic 1000 Miglia. Across the Abetone Pass, we reach Modena, a place that celebrates the strong bond between the Biscione brand and the Prancing Horse: thanks to its former driver Enzo Ferrari, the Scuderia was founded in 1929 for gentleman drivers and professionals to race in Alfa Romeo cars. Then to Reggio Emilia, finally reaching the end of the stage in Parma.
