FCA Heritage will be a leading participant at the German show, which now reaches its 31st edition. After last year's success, the event is aiming for another record.

The last edition of Techno Classica Essen ended with record figures: more than 1,250 exhibitors from 30 countries, over 200 clubs and associations, more than 2,700 cars on sale and more than 188,000 visitors.

This year's edition has a single objective: to aim even higher.

From 10 to 14 April, Messeplatz 1 in Essen will host the 31st edition of Europe's most highly-attended historic car show. Enthusiasts can enjoy a full immersion experience thanks to 21 halls and 4 outdoor areas providing an exhibition area of over 120,000 square metres.

As in past years, FCA Heritage takes the glamour and tradition of Italian motoring to Germany.

In the centre of the stand, a car that recounts the last chapter of Alfa Romeo's thrilling history in Formula 1, the Alfa Romeo GP Tipo 159 Alfetta. In fact, the car was the last Alfa to achieve world championship victory, triumphing with J.M. Fangio at the wheel in 1951. The Formula 1 exhibit is completed by the 1977 Brabham-Alfa Romeo BT45B and the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio Alfa Romeo Racing limited edition, launched at the latest Geneva International Motor Show.

To celebrate the 70th anniversary of Abarth's foundation, FCA Heritage displays the record-breaking Fiat 500 with Abarth tuning - the first Fiat 500 ever upgraded by the Scorpion brand - together with the Fiat 500 tuned using the new "Abarth Classiche 595 Conversion Kit". The reproduction of the iconic tuning kit will be on sale actually at the Essen show, and it is also available in the Store section of the portal.

What's more, FCA Heritage is dedicating part of its stand to the cars offered for sale within the Reloaded by Creators project. The featured models are the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione, the Alfa Romeo 8C Spider and the Pininfarina Spidereuropa
