In one of the capitals of Italian motoring, the prestigious exhibition takes centre stage for its 28th edition, which celebrates Italian passion for cars.
Established in 1965, Autopromotec is an international exhibition that brings the public into contact with aftermarket manufacturers: from tyres and car servicing to workshop equipment and spare parts.
Autopromotec is growing with every new edition and this year returns to the Bologna exhibition centre from 22 to 26 May with a packed schedule of conferences and meetings.
This latest edition celebrates the mythical status of Italian motoring, represented by the distinctive red liveries of cars that once competed in international competitions. The Quadriportico hall, at the centre of the Bologna convention centre, is hosting an exhibition entitled "Italy: passion in red", curated by Ruoteclassiche, which features FCA Heritage among its star attractions.
The cars on display include four models belonging to FCA Heritage’s historic collection—a 1948 Fiat 1100 S, a 1964 Abarth 2400 Coupé, a 1982 Lancia Rally 037 and a 1989 Alfa Romeo SZ— and all four vehicles sport red finishes.
