The third edition of the 48h Alfa Romeo Lizitália meeting was an unprecedented success, attracting 80 Alfa Romeo cars, both classic and modern, and over 150 Alfisti who completed the 400 km, two-day tour.
These record-breaking statistics make this edition the biggest Alfa Romeo themed event ever held in Portugal.
The tour, which took place on the weekend of 30 and 31 March, excited great enthusiasm and attracted a large number of participants. Among the stops along the way, fans were able to visit the Caramulo Automobile Museum and the Miniature Museum of Gouveia, where an "Alfa Romeo in F1" exhibition of scale models was opened specially for the occasion.
Another very popular stopover was the Vila Nova de Paiva Karting circuit, where each participant had the opportunity to take their Alfa Romeo onto the race track. There was even a demonstration on the track of the latest Alfa Romeo models – the Giulia Quadrifoglio and Stelvio Quadrifoglio – piloted respectively by Tiago Rodrigues and Pedro Silva.
Besides cars, the 48h Alfa Romeo Lizitália tour also provided an opportunity to discover and taste some of Portugal’s traditional gastronomic delicacies.
